Renovations at Fair Oaks Ranch Golf & Country Club began in early 2025, featuring a multimillion-dollar transformation for each aspect of the club.

Completed in phases, the renovation project is expected to wrap up by early October.

What’s happening?

Since renovations began, enhancements to the tennis facilities, pickleball facilities and the pool area have been completed.

Under the direction of the Hall of Fame golfer Lanny Wadkins and his design group, upgrades to the Live Oak Golf Course have also been completed, Morne van Rensburg, regional vice president of marketing for Invited (ClubCorp), told Community Impact.

A new fitness center, called The Forge, is anticipated to open in July, while the remaining clubhouse and restaurant projects are aimed for an October completion. The Forge introduces a modern fitness experience with Technogym equipment and programming.

“This is more than a renovation, it truly is a new era for Fair Oaks Ranch,” van Rensburg said in an email. “The investment blends the club’s rich heritage with modern luxury and lifestyle amenities. Whether you’re passionate about golf, racquet sports, wellness or simply connecting with others, the reimagined Fair Oaks Ranch offers something special for every member.”
