A new retail development is under construction off Herff Road in Boerne, bringing in restaurants and an early childhood education facility.

The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce on June 12 celebrated the groundbreaking of the new development, which will feature two new restaurants, Meet Me Outside and 12 Herff Steakhouse.

Kiddie Academy is a tuition-based program for children between six weeks and twelve years of age.

According to the business website, tuition is based on the age of the child, the programs, location and the frequency of classes.


Alongside these three businesses, the development will include two additional buildings, which do not have announced tenants as of publication time.
