Round Rock utility customers with bills due Aug. 10 and Aug. 17 will not be subject to late payment penalties or disconnections during the month of August.

For the past two weeks, the city's utility billing website, https://rrtxwater.com, has been experiencing issues preventing customers from making payments, according to the city. Messages sent to customers regarding late payments on Aug. 10 and Aug. 17 should be disregarded, the city stated.
The site is now live and ready for customers to pay their utility bills.
