A Summer Moon Coffee location is set to hold a grand opening April 22 at 3800 E. Palm Valley Blvd., Ste. 100, Round Rock, according to the company. The coffee shop offers hot and iced beverages, organic coffee, a signature sweet cream Moon Milk, breakfast tacos, donuts and assorted pastries.
