Pilates by Nona relocates within downtown Round Rock

Pilates by Nona, a Pilates studio locally owned by Nona Gardner, relocated to a new space in March.

The Pilates studio specializes in custom private and duet sessions, Gardner said, and incorporates reformers and towers among other specialized equipment.

Gardner relocated her studio just around the corner from her previous location at 302 W. Main St., Ste. 202., Round Rock.

She said will soon begin offering sound bowl workshops, and that her new location has more parking space available for clients.

A grand opening for the relocated studio will be held May 17.
