Divine Luxury Spa, locally owned by licensed esthetician Nikki Jackson-Sagirius, relocated within the city of Round Rock in December.
The spa specializes in waxing and corrective skincare to treat a variety of skin concerns, including acne, hyperpigmentation and age management. Jackson-Sagirius told Community Impact the business will also soon expand to offer massages.
She said her spa is intended to be a "sanctuary away from home" for her clients, especially those with darker skin tones who might benefit from specialized treatment.
"This is a safe space for the entire community," she said. "We don't care about all the other stuff. We only care about your skin, so we are LGBTQIA+ friendly as well. Everyone is welcome here, especially my minority clients—the black and brown clients—because they do have trouble finding someone who knows how to take care of their skin."
