The Ruby Hotel & Bar in Round Rock serves a variety of mocktails, and often changes its offerings seasonally. This season the bar is offering the Ruby Sunset, which comes with blood orange syrup, pineapple juice, citrus and lemon-lime soda; the Coconut Cloud, which includes coco lopez, lime juice, mint and topo chico; a Lavender Haze, with blueberry jams, lemon juice and lavender simple syrup; and Love Letters, with pomegranate juice, cherry syrup and lemon.

The business, a distillery and brewery combined, offers a menu of 12 mocktails at its taproom. Some of the drinks customers will find include a Pineapple Sherbert, with strawberry banana, pineapple and vanilla cream; Orange Tootsie Pop, which has orange juice, coffee, agave and soda; and the Mango Twist Mojito, including mango, soda, mint and lime.
