The seven-restaurant chain implemented Austin-based restaurant management solution Compeat to fully integrate its previously broken processes, leading to a 1.5 percent cut in costs in six months, the release said, adding Kerbey Lane also created an “open book management” system that educates every employee on the company’s financials.
