Nonprofit Pavilion opened in October at a temporary site at 2021 N. Mays St., Ste. 500, Round Rock. The nonprofit serves all of Williamson County and provides services for those with mental illness or substance abuse. Executive Director Gordon Butler said Pavilion is only the fifth program of its type in Texas. The nonprofit hopes to have a more permanent home in 2018. www.pavilionrr.org
