Circle of Hope Community Center's Food Pantry, Resource & Learning Center opened July 16 at 2900 W. Pecan St., Pflugerville. The food pantry is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday and provides food services for those in need. Circle of Hope's Learning Center offers classes in budgeting, meal planning, resume building, parenting and more.
