I-35 will close in Georgetown for about half an hour Sunday morning as electric crews install an overhead power line across the freeway, according to an announcement from the city of Georgetown. The closure will begin at 7 a.m. and will affect traffic traveling in both directions of I-35. Traffic will also be paused for about 30 minutes at I-35 access roads between SE Inner Loop and Westinghouse Road in Georgetown, according to the city.
