Hutto City Council on June 2 hosted its annual work session and retreat. The six-hour session involved long-range planning strategies as well as retrospective looks at the city's progress and previous strategic planning policies. No action was taken at the retreat, which is instead designed to coordinate the council's policy goals for the next year.
