Black Rock Coffee Bar, a national chain coffee bar and roastery, will open a Pflugerville location in January, according to a Sept. 16 news release. The coffee shop, located at Gattis School Road and SH 130, will offer specialty coffee drinks and locally sourced menu items. The Pflugerville location will be a 1,887-square-foot free-standing coffee shop with a drive thru, according to the release. www.br.coffee
