Black Rock Coffee Bar, a national chain coffee bar and roastery, is among the newest tenants to sign a lease within the Point at 620, a retail center under construction at Smyers Lane and RM 620 in Round Rock. The coffee shop will offer specialty coffee drinks and locally-sourced menu items. The Round Rock location will be a 1,900-square-foot coffee shop with a drive thru, and it is expected to open summer 2020, according to a Sept. 16 news release. www.br.coffee
