Richardson council approves calendar for 2024 meetings

Richardson City Council has approved its meeting calendar for 2024.

The 2024 meeting calendar was approved during the Dec. 11 meeting. Meetings are expected to continue starting at 6 p.m., according to a city news release.

What you need to know

Meetings are scheduled for most Mondays, according to the calendar included in the agenda packet. Council typically does not meet on the fifth Monday of a month, on city-designated holidays, the Monday of a holiday week, or during spring break for Richardson and Plano ISDs.

Work sessions typically occur on the first and third Mondays of each month with action meetings scheduled for the second and fourth Mondays. Thirty total meetings, including the budget workshop, are planned for 2024.
