Citizens can learn about state, federal redistricting at upcoming training

At the training Nov. 9, citizens can receive help on preparing testimony to deliver at the hearings. The first section, from 10:30-11:30 a.m., will include a panel discussion on the census and redistricting. It will be followed by an hour-long training.

Featured guests will include David Jones from Clean Elections Texas; Robert Lowry from the School of Economic, Political and Policy Sciences at the University of Texas at Dallas; and Elizabeth MacNamara, the former national president of League of Women Voters.
