Waffle O’licious opened Sept. 18 at 141 N. Plano Road, Richardson. The restaurant began as a gourmet food truck serving savory and sweet Belgian waffles to customers in the DFW area, with start-up and corporate operations in Plano. The business later added catering services to its model.
