Pizza Americana, a restaurant serving salads, pizza, baked pasta dishes, local beers and Italian wine, will open in mid-January at 800 W. Arapaho Road, Richardson. The business is owned by Jordan Swim, a Richardson native who is also behind the catering company Vestals as well as Carlton Provisions, a barbecue restaurant in Plano’s Legacy West.
