1. Train 4 Tomorrow
TDLR documents show Train 4 Tomorrow, a gym in Richardson that offers fitness classes and personal training, will convert an office building on Twilight Trail into a gym. The conversion will cost about $18.39 million and start in mid-July, per TDLR documents.

2. Luxe Locker storage units
A new Luxe Locker storage unit facility is scheduled to start construction in McKinney in late July, according to TDLR documents. The company offers climate controlled private garages and storage units for vehicles and personal items.

3. Walmart renovations
The Walmart location on Richland Boulevard in Prosper will undergo three months of renovations starting in January, TDLR documents state. The renovations include reconfiguring the sales floor and remodeling the store’s interior and exterior.

4. Med-Trans renovations
The building that houses Med-Trans, a medical air transportation service, will receive $500,000 in renovations to reconfigure existing office space to accommodate new flight simulators, according to TDLR documents. The project will cover 7,145 square feet and complete in mid-December at the Denton Enterprise Airport.

5. Allen Hot Topic
A new Hot Topic location will open at the Premium Outlets in Allen, TDLR documents show. Hot Topic offers pop culture themed clothing and merchandise. Construction on the space will start in early September and wrap in early December, the documents state.
