The Ann Eisemann Inclusive Playground opened April 24 at Cottonwood Park, 1321 W. Belt Line Road, Richardson. Made possible through a $500,000 fundraising campaign led by the Richardson East Rotary Club, the playground includes features such as ramps, specialized surfaces and inclusive play amenities for all ages and ability levels. The funding also paid for accessibility improvements to the parking area and walkways. Construction on the project began in January. www.cor.net/inclusiveplayground
