The company is launching this fall as a pop-up bookstore, focusing primarily on events in Richardson and the surrounding North Dallas area, owner Ann Halff said in an email. Halff said Porchlight Books will offer “a wide range of books from day one,” including children’s picture books, middle-grade and YA books and adult fiction and nonfiction.

The business's locations in McKinney and Richardson are under new ownership, according to an Aug. 31 news release. Former Meta and McKinsey executive Joseph Luchenta acquired both locations in the second quarter of 2026. The spas offer a variety of services for men and women, including skin rejuvenation treatments, body contouring, dermal fillers and hair restoration.
