Dallas-based real estate investment firm Kennington Commercial acquired Richardson Drive Plaza, according to a news release issued by the company.
The details
Richardson Drive Plaza is a 42,824 square-foot single story and was purchased from CIP Real Estate, based in California. The property is located at 1475 and 1485 Richardson Drive and was built in 1986 and underwent renovations in 2023, according to the release.
