Lane closures begin July 10 on US 380 in Prosper

Prosper residents will see nightly lane closures starting July 10, according to a Texas Department of Transportation July 8 news release.

What you need to know

Both traffic directions will see lane closures at the intersection of US 380 and Teel Parkway, the release stated, including:

• July 10-11: Eastbound left lane of US 380 will be closed from 9 p.m.-6 a.m.
• July 14-15: Eastbound left lane of 380 will be closed from 9 p.m.-6 a.m.
• July 17-18: Westbound left lane of 380 and northbound and southbound Teel Parkway under the bridge will be closed from 7 p.m.-6 a.m.

Construction is tied to ongoing TxDOT projects to expand US 380, with this section focused on Loop 288 to the Collin County boundary.

Construction on the project is anticipated to finish in winter 2025, the release stated.
