Homes by Ashton Woods are now available for presale in Century Farms, a company representative confirmed.
Century Farms is a 266-acre master-planned community in Celina near the McKinney border and is zoned for McKinney ISD, the representative said.
The community’s amenity center, which is slated to open in late summer or early fall, will include:
- Clubhouse
- Fitness center
- Pool
- Pickleball courts
- Basketball court
Ashton Woods’ section of Century Farms spans 43 acres. In addition to presale lots, Ashton Woods will have quick move-in homes available starting in July, per the company’s website.
