Here are important upcoming dates to know before the spring semester begins in Celina ISD.
What parents should know
Students return to school Jan. 9 before having a school closure Jan. 15 on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Students can expect another long weekend in February with staff development Feb. 16 and school closed Feb. 19. Spring break will span from March 11-15.

The CISD board of trustees approved the 2024-25 academic calendar Nov. 13. The school year begins Aug. 14, 2024, with the last day of school May 23, 2025.
