Celina ISD staff members will be getting new Apple MacBooks.
The district’s board of trustees approved the $1.15 million purchase from Apple Inc. during a Jan. 21 meeting.

The purchase includes 900 13-inch MacBook Airs for $881,100. The district also purchased four-year AppleCare+ protection service for the computers.
