Off the Rails Ice House has started construction on Sunset Boulevard in Celina, a company representative confirmed.
The $5.5 million project will include a 5,000-square-foot dining room and an 8,000-square-foot multi-level covered patio, according to the business’s website.
The Texas-themed bar and restaurant is designed to be a family-friendly community gathering space, the representative said.
In addition to the dining room and patio, there will also be a fenced-in yard for children to play, he said.
