Summer Moon Coffee will soft-open in Prosper on Nov. 16 and celebrate its grand opening on Nov. 21, a company representative said in an email.
The cafe previously planned to hold its grand opening on Nov. 7, according to prior reporting.
Summer Moon Coffee serves coffee roasted in-house, according to the company’s website. The Texas-based chain’s menu features drinks made with Moon Milk, the cafe’s signature sweet cream.
The cafe’s opening week will feature a series of giveaways, according to the location’s social media.
