1. Vitality Precision Chiropractic
Services include general chiropractic care, prenatal and pregnancy services, neck and back pain relief, headache management and post-auto accident services, its website states. The clinic is led by Dr. Kody Fagin who previously worked at the original Vitality Precision Chiropractic in Michigan before moving to Texas to open the Prosper clinic, its website states.

2. Barnes & Noble
The new store, originally planned to open in February, will be located within the Gates of Prosper development and is planned to feature a cafe. Barnes & Noble sells a wide selection of books, magazines, DVDs and records.
3. The Gents Place
The luxury barbershop offers grooming services in an upscale environment, according to the business website. Hair care services include cuts, shampooing, conditioning and facial hair trims. Specialty manicures and pedicures are also offered, alongside boot and shoe polishing. The club location is set to open in a "few months," according to a November social media post from the business. The Prosper location is owned by JD and Shenna Lawless.
4. The Tutoring Center
Owner Xin Dong said they aiming to open the new location in February. Dong said the center will offer one-to-one instruction in reading, math and writing for kindergarten through 12th grade students, with a focus on increasing students' academic skills and concentration span.

5. Nothing Bundt Cakes
The store is planned to be near the intersection of U.S. 380 and Gee Road, according to the filing. Nothing Bundt Cakes offers a variety of personal cakes and mini bundt cakes sold by the dozen, including flavors like lemon raspberry, chocolate chip and red velvet. Construction is estimated to wrap up in February, according to the filing.

6. Abbott's Frozen Custard
The store opened in October 2024 and sold frozen custard, milkshakes, flurries and floats as well as pints and novelty items, such as frozen bananas. Owners of the frozen custard shop are exploring new opportunities to bring Abbott's Frozen Custard back to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, according to a sign posted on the business's door.
7. La Finca Coffee, Bakery, Kitchen
The restaurant has closed its Prosper location after nearly two years in business, according to a social media post by the restaurant. The Prosper location expanded on La Finca’s original Frisco location by adding a full kitchen, offering breakfast and lunch items such as chilaquiles, empanadas, tacos and sandwiches.
8. Salad and Go
The salad chain will close all of its locations in Texas and Oklahoma on Jan. 11, the company confirmed on social media. Salad and Go is a drive-thru chain offering salads, wraps and soups. Salad and Go said its locations in Arizona and Nevada will remain open.
