Urban Seafood Co., a new seafood concept from Executive Chef Salvatore Gisellu, will open in late 2018, and it will be located at 1104 14th St. in downtown Plano. The restaurant will serve dishes inspired by Gisellu’s hometown of Sardinia, Italy, and will also include an oyster bar.
