The Plano Planning and Zoning Commission approved a slew of site plans and replats, including plans for new medical offices, updates to Enfield Park and the Plano Audi car dealership, at its Sept. 18 meeting. Read more below:

1. 3 medical office buildings

Commissioners approved site plans for three medical office buildings located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Legacy Drive and Preston Road. Each building will be limited to a height of 45 feet, according to the preliminary site plan.

2. New veterinary clinic

Commissioners approved a plat west of the intersection of Plano Parkway and Alma Drive for a new veterinary clinic.

3. Audi Plano addition

The commission also approved the merging of two lots in a revised plat for the Audi car dealership located at 930 W. Plano Parkway.

4. Enfield Park addition

The commission approved revised plans for Enfield park, including updated site plans for a public facility at Enfield park. The addition will include a health and fitness center, playground and public yard. The park is located at the southwest corner of Stadium and Legacy drives.
