The Plano Police Department held a grand opening celebration Sept. 7 for its new Legacy West substation at 7401 Windrose Ave., Ste. D120, Plano. The station’s hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Neighborhood police officers assigned to Legacy West and public safety officers work out of the office.
