First Watch, a breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, opened July 22 at 3131 Custer Road, Plano, in the former The Egg & I location. The restaurant is the first of seven locations expected to open in the Dallas-Fort Worth area before the end of 2016. All locations will open in current The Egg & I locations. First Watch's offerings are made-to-order using farm fresh ingredients and menu items include options such as avocado toast, smoked salmon eggs Benedict, farm stand breakfast tacos and lemon ricotta pancakes.
