Neighborhood Goods plans to open in November at 7300 Windrose Ave., Ste. A130, Plano. Neighborhood Goods is a new type of department store that will be stocked with brands such as MeUndies, Reese Witherspoon’s Southern-inspired clothing brand Draper James and more.
