Nemo’s opened June 9 at 1921 W. 15th St., Plano. The sandwich restaurant was formerly Erbert and Gerbert’s, but it has undergone a rebrand, owner Aubrey Janik said. The rebranding process included removing signage and changing the name of the business. The new business will still be a sandwich shop, Janik said, but it will offer customers a build-it-yourself experience.
