Cswaykus said East Hampton Sandwich Co. prides itself on making everything from scratch.

"The way we see it is we are not Subway, we're not Jimmy John's, or even Potbelly's—we do have to make everything," he said.

The sandwiches, which can also be made into a salad with spring mix or Romaine lettuce, include a wide variety of ingredients and flavors.

Customer favorites include the Lobster Roll ($16.48) and Fried Chicken + Jack ($10.58) sandwiches.

Cswaykus said his two favorite sandwiches are the Balsamic Tenderloin ($12.58) and the Roast Chicken + Ranch ($8.98).

"You really can't go wrong with anything—all these sandwiches are ordered so often," he said.

The menu also includes two vegetarian sandwich options: the Asparagus + Gruyere ($8.98) and Goat Cheese + Avo ($8.98).

Side choices include homemade chips, sweet potato fries ($1 extra with a meal), coleslaw and seasonal pasta.

"The food is quality and we want you to feel like it's worth your time, worth your money, worth your effort to come and eat with us," Cswaykus said.

The restaurant is putting an emphasis on its catering capabilities as more businesses move to the area. Cswaykus said the company is reaching out to area businesses to let them know East Hampton Sandwich Co. is able to prepare a large amount of food in a short amount of time.

"Just give us a few hours—give us something in the morning, and we'll have it there in the afternoon," he said.

The restaurant also serves breakfast items, including bowls, English muffin sandwiches, sesame bun sandwiches, donut bag and steel-cut oatmeal.
