The Dallas Stars announced Jan. 18 the team had entered into a multiyear agreement giving Children’s Health naming rights to ice-skating rinks throughout North Texas, including a location in Plano. The newly named Children’s Health StarCenter is located at 4020 W. Plano Parkway, Plano.
