Blue Goose Cantina announced on its Facebook page Feb. 25 its Plano location would be undergoing extensive renovations. The Tex-Mex restaurant serves classic dishes such as enchiladas, chile rellenos and fajitas as well as a variety of margaritas, draft beer and more.
