The Biscuit Bar is expected to open in mid-April at The Boardwalk at Granite Park, 5880 Granite Parkway, Plano. The Southern homestyle, fast-casual restaurant will serve scratch biscuits with a variety of toppings, from buffalo chicken to Monte Cristo.
