Plano Parkway-Preston Road intersection Crews were expected to open newly constructed eastbound lanes on Plano Parkway in late February as part of the project to remake the major intersection where the major thoroughfare meets Preston Road. Legacy Drive repairs Crews are repairing pavement and sidewalks along an eastern portion of Legacy Drive from Alma Drive to Chase Oaks Boulevard.
