Legacy Drive repairs Crews are repairing pavement and sidewalks along an eastern portion of Legacy Drive from Alma Drive to Chase Oaks Boulevard. They were expected to work on eastbound and westbound lanes. The total project was initially expected to last about nine months and stretch from Custer Road to K Avenue, but it was delayed due to weather. One lane will remain closed at all times in construction areas with an additional lane closed from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Timeline: February 2018-May 2019 Cost: $2.3 million Funding source: city of Plano 4. Spring Creek Parkway repairs Crews have moved to a stretch of Spring Creek Parkway from Blue Ridge Trail to Rainier Road. Timeline: January-March Cost: $358,000 Funding source: city of Plano 5. 15th Street repairs Crews have begun to repair a section of 15th Street stretching from Custer Road to Alma Drive. The project, which will include the eastbound and westbound lanes, consists primarily of pavement repairs.
