Twinkle Star Dance Academy opened Feb. 19 at 3400 Preston Road, Ste. 225, Plano. Twinkle Star offers classes for children ages 2-18 in dance styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, creative movement, lyrical and more.
