The company will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony March 3 before officially opening to the public March 4, according to a company representative. The restaurant serves staples of Hawaiian cuisine, including kalua pig and pulehu chicken. Diners choose from three combo plate options, which come with white rice and macaroni salad.
