Dubs Tea & Water is expected to finalize its relocation process by the end of December or early January. Dubs is moving from 3100 Independence Parkway, Ste. 100 to a new location at 3131 Custer Road, Ste. 178, Plano. The restaurant serves a variety of flavored teas and food.
