Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet plans to open a restaurant in the Preston Village Shopping Center at 4940 SH 121, Plano. The building was formerly home to Cedars Mediterranean Mezza & Grill, which closed earlier this year. Dimassi’s will serve Mediterranean food from a buffet, including kabobs, hummus, falafel, and various meats and vegetables.
