At the Plano ISD board of trustees' meeting Tuesday, the board approved an update to its dress code policy, which will now require students in the ninth through 12th grades to wear IDs while on campus. At the meeting, board President Missy Bender was awarded by the Plano Chamber of Commerce the citizen of the year recognition. Also, trustees approved an increase in the projected expenditure to supply all students and teachers with laptops. Read the full reports below:
