Jinsol Gukbap opened its first Texas location in Plano.

The California-based restaurant offers a variety of Korean dishes like Gukbap, a pork soup served with steamed rice, Korean BBQ and cold noodles. The restaurant’s signature broth is simmered for 24 hours in cast-iron pots with roots and vegetables, according to its website.
The restaurant had a soft opening in June, according to a company social media post. The Plano location is one of five from the restaurant.
