Curry Tei and Bar had a soft opening in downtown Plano in early August.
The restaurant specializes in Japanese curry and “izakaya-style” appetizers, owner Michelle Le said in an email. Izakaya refers to a Japanese pub. Curry Tei & Bar also serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
"Curry Tei & Bar is a cozy neighborhood spot serving Japanese comfort food,” Le said. “Pair your meal with matcha drinks, sake, beer or handcrafted cocktails, and stay for the warm atmosphere and good vibes."
Le also owns Okaeri Cafe in Richardson.
