The wood fire rotisserie place Cowboy Chicken opened a new location along Preston Road in early May.

The details

Cowboy Chicken has Tex-Mex tacos, rotisserie chicken plates, salads and bowls and sandwiches on its menu. Customers can choose a variety of sides from green beans and mashed potatoes to ranchero beans and Mexican street corn.

Some of its desserts include the chocolate churro and peach cobbler.

Cowboy Chicken has been serving customers since 1981, according to its website. It has multiple locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area including one in Frisco and in Dallas near the Plano border.
