Coco Beach in downtown Plano is celebrating its one-year anniversary this month.
Jackie Hrna said she chose to open Coco Beach in downtown Plano because she loves the downtown community and the historic element of the building.
“I thought bringing in a beach/tiki atmosphere would be great in our historic downtown Plano,” Hrna said in an email.
The menu features coco shrimp, mahi-mahi tacos, crab cakes and more. They also offer a variety of cocktails and mocktails.
