Construction continues on hundreds of residential units at Legacy Central, a mixed-use reimagining of the former Texas Instruments office campus in Plano.
Despite the widespread economic impact of ongoing coronavirus-related restrictions, Dallas-based real estate developer Trammell Crow is continuing work on the second phase of apartments at the property, according to a leasing company working with the owner Regent Properties.
The Texas headquarters for Samsung Electronics is still set to open in August, and the communications company has even upped the amount of space it plans to occupy, according to Transwestern, the leasing company.
Crews have also finished construction on internal improvements to a 50,000-square-foot space for insurance company Transamerica, which plans to move into its space June 1.
